Hi all,

I have a free account, but need to join the pro account of a client. In doing so, Zoom is saying it will wipe all the details of my free account. I'd like to keep both. How do I do that, please?

Hi, @Sally1 

You can only get one Zoom account with one email address.
If you want to have both a Pro account and a Basic account at the same time, you will need to prepare another email address.

When you join a Pro account, your Zoom account will be placed under the control of the Pro account you join, so it is inevitable that your previous settings will be deleted.
