Today - 28th of December I had to break few lessons with my pupils because zoom was not usable - video and audio problems. Lost money because of that. It happened in the morning and in the evening again.
Any others had this problem? I tried with other internet connection - the same result.
Any idea? If it happens one day more, i am going to leave zoom because only today I lost money with it.

Hey @AndrasGC, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom desktop client to see if that fixes the issue?
To uninstall please follow this help article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom and to install again just go to https://zoom.us/download

Hey RN,
thank you, I did it, and after it:
- today in the first lesson I had problems with the audio - not that much like yesterday
- in the other lessons no problem
That was not the first time it has happened 😞 If it happens only sometimes and for 10 seconds or something, for sure is not a problem. But in the last 6 weeks it happened 2-3 days.

@AndrasGC: reinstall your zoom app and check again. it will work for sure.

I did it already. Since I had the problem again - less, but I had.
