Zoom meeting problem video and sound goes out after one minute only for presenter

All of a sudden when I join a Zoom meeting, we can see each other, we say Hello, I start talking, then the presenter's picture freezes and I can't hear him any longer, but he can hear and see me???? We have this same meeting every week and never had this problem before.  Any ideas on what's happening?

Hi @ClaireDell! I know it's been a little while since you originally posted, but are you still having this issue? If so, are you using the latest version of Zoom?
