Where is the Zoom Contact Center located

I read this post https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Phone-System/Where-is-this-Contact-Center-Management/m-p/225618 but dont know how I can get to the screen shown in the post. Is this because I'm not the admin of Zoom?

You are correct. Per the link you shared, you need Admin access to ZCC to access the Management center. If you do not have this tab, then you need to reach out to you Zoom admin/owner and request access.
