Hi.
I'm a Technical support specialist in an outsource company.
Our customer has a problem.
Video doesn't work in the Zoom application. He sees the camera in the settings of Zoom, but there is only a white screen.
The problem is only with zoom. In the "camera" application, Microsoft Teams or in web (with browser) all work.
I checked Windows settings - Zoom has access to the camera. The application indicates the camera but there is no picture. I also uninstall and reinstall the application 3-4 times. It doesn't help.
