HI.

Does anyone know if I can upgrade a meeting that I have already scheduled from 100 to 500 participants - or do I have to schedule a new meeting?

As long as the Large Meeting Add-on is assigned to your profile before you start your scheduled meeting, the increased capacity will be allowed. No need to schedule a new meeting.

@StephenK also suggest looking into the KB on Enabling the Large Meeting add-on and also good info on Best practices for hosting large meetings.
