Recovering Lost Chat

Hi There,

 

I was running a zoom call for an event today and wanted to save the chat. This meeting was not being recorded. I messed up at the end and did not click the save chat button. When going back on the call, all of the chat was gone. Is there a way for me to recover this chat from the meeting?

Hi @duluthartzoom!

Unfortunately, once the meeting ends and the chat is cleared out, you can't recover it. However, you can enable auto saving chats so that the content of the chat will be automatically saved for future meetings.
