Not able to receive call on direct number

Hi, I have just setup an account and not able to receive call on the direct number.

If dial the ext. number the gets connected.

Need help to resolve the issue.

Hey @designagenc, do you have a Zoom Phone license? If not it's one of the Prerequisites for Making and receiving calls 👈 Also check out the KB article! Let me know if this helps!
