I have a free account of Zoom Workplace Version: 6.2.3 (40682). On my desktop (MacOS Sequoia 15.0), the team chat had been working fine for several months, but then stopped. Now when Zoom is opened, the Team Chat window has the message "Loading error, Retry?" Clicking Retry refreshes with an empty window. I am able to send a message and any replies are visible, as long as Zoom remains open. But all previous chat messages before opening are not visible. The app on my iPhone works without these issues, and shows chat history. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app, but the problem remains. There is one other person in my company that is in the Team Chat, and he has a professional account. He is listed in the sidebar menu, and he can see and reply to my messages. Hopefully someone can help, since support is not available for my free account, and the bot is useless.
