Zoom app on phone not connecting

I have an android Samsung A13 phone and have been using zoom everyday no issues.  Then suddenly 3 days ago zoom stopped loading the meetings.   When I click on the meeting link, it just rolls around in circles and then times out with this error code: 11028000

 

Steps I have already taken to troubleshoot with no success:

Uninstall and reinstall - did that about 5 times

 

Go to zoom app and allow microphone,  camera, battery to run as long as needed,  allow notifications - none of these made a difference 

 

Connected to a different wifi on my phone to test the connection, not an issue with the connection, something with the zoom app

 

Turned phone off, made sure updates were good

 

Tried to manually enter a zoom meeting ID to get into the meeting - didn't work

 

Tried to contact zoom support but I have a basic plan so they won't connect me to live support.  The chat bot did not help to resolve the issue.

 

Version of zoom on phone is 6.5.11.32752

 

If anyone has any suggestions how to male the app work again I would greatly appreciate it.

      Have OnePlus 10pro

      Same thing. As of 2 days ago I can no longer log into zoom thru app

      I’m running into the same error on my Android (different model though). Tried reinstalling and switching networks just like you, but the app still won’t connect. Seems like it might be an issue with this version of Zoom itself hopefully they roll out a fix soon.

      hola tengo el mismo problema probe con mi samsung a34 y con un motorola y no conectan, ya los reinicia, desintale todo

      Same issue on Motorola g85. If I use mobile data, I cannot join meetings. If I use wifi, I can. I tried updating the app, reinstalling it, I checked all possible settings... Hope to find a solution quickly!

      The app is not working on your phones also, sorry to hear that.  The only solution I found was to get a new updated phone (they are running promotion for example through xfinity if you get a mobile line and give you a new phone).  Zoom is working on the updated phone as an app.  A36 Samsung version, it's still an android.

      I have same problem, i use Rog Phone 6 :'(
