Internal Company Contacts is gone

Since yesterday, the contacts of the organization in the application have disappeared from all users of the company. Someone has the latest versions of Zoom, and today they disappeared on all versions of ZOOM after restarting.

After 11:00 AM UTC+5 everyone's contacts appeared in the app. After restarting the application, the contacts disappear again.

We are also experiencing this issue. Can anyone in Zoom offer a suggestion to fix this issue?
We are seeing it on Logitech Tap device on windows.
