I have been zoom bombed twice now?

I have been zoom bombed twice with 2 different companies.  The first company kicked me off the call.  Today they left me on but I am now probably considered a horrible person!!  My friend vouched for me with the organizers.  What can I do to stop this? 

I would really appreciate help!  Almost afraid to go on a call now.
