Does Zoom offer Chat Statistics ?
I am inquiring if there is a way to concisely view the following chat metrics:
High Priority
-how many messages were sent, and by whom
-how many times a person was @ in the chat/channel
-how many times a mention group was @ in chat/channel
Low Priority:
-who interacted with messages (sorted into emoji & reply)
-view number of daily/lifetime clicks of chat resources and by whom
-added & removed list of members time stamped

Thanks for reaching out about Chat Statistics in Zoom.
There’s currently no built-in Chat Statistics feature for chat or channel owners/admins.
Here’s a quick summary of what you were looking for:
Message count tracking by user
@mention analytics (individuals & groups)
Interaction metrics (emoji reactions, replies)
Resource click tracking with user attribution
Timestamped member join/leave logs
What you can do next:
Submit a feature request via Zoom’s support channels --> @MGSR can assist you with submitting a feature request through Zoom’s support channels.
Check out third-party tools that might provide chat analytics
We understand these insights are valuable for team engagement. Sharing feedback like this helps Zoom focus on the features that matter most.
Best,
