Hi, I upgraded from the free plan to the PRO plan today. I had no audio issues on the free plan, my mike and headset are working fine. Now, on the pro plan, I can't hear anybody and nobody hears me.
In the bottom left corner I get this headphone picture with the saying connect audio and then the list of phone numbers appear. I don't want that but don't know what to change to stop this. Any advice please?

Hey, @xyZoom,
I don't think I've ever heard of anything like this being cause by upgrading from Basic to Pro.
I know the Zoom Support articles can be a little technical, but try troubleshooting using this one which is made for your situation:

If this does not fix your issue, it might highlight something that we can advise you on. After troubleshooting, come back and provide more information if you can.
