Can you provide us with more details. Are you attempting to copy by clicking on the (...) dots next to the message and then selecting Copy or by highlighting the text?

I would like to be able to select the entire chat (click, control/a) & copy it (control/c) & paste it (control/v). The copy step doesn't work.

I have the same problem. Followed all the advice from the support team. Nothing changed.

What happens when you select the three dots and then Copy? Does that copy the entire message and allow you to paste?

Hello CarlaA,

Yes, that has always worked. So has the simple mouse pointer drag over the first message.

As I have been saying, if I mouse pointer drag over a group of Chat messages, only the very first one is pasted into my waiting Word document.

I have to share the chat with the various groups I am responsible for in Zoom meetings.

Imagine how utterly tedious this has suddenly become with the latest unfortunate Zoom update with this bug in it.

Help me resolve this, please.
