To whom it may concern:

I am currently do not have the chat room application within my zoom account. It was there up until this past Monday 10/24 but has been missing as an option since Tuesday. Is there any suggestions what could have caused the application to disappear and how to get it restored as it is imperative for course work networking for a program I am currently taking.
