Chat problem

I have a problem with the chat. Once i started the meeting, i am the only one seeing the chat button on the screen. The guests and co-organizers are not seeing it, can't write or read anything, and do not even see the chat button on the screen. However, I already have looked at the settings and everything is turned on, all the settings are on for the chat to be seen by everyone. How can I solve this?
