Breakout rooms

I host a number of sessions and have been finding recently that there appear to be more and more participants in the meeting experiencing issues joining the breakout rooms. They can see the invite and when they click on it, it doesn't work. I have read that Chrome OS and Chrome books do not allow participants to join breakout rooms but wondered if there are some other common known reasons for this happening?

I have seen oddities in Breakout Room behavior when someone's Zoom software is not up-to-date.

 

I would advise you, and all your participants, to check you are all up-to-date in Zoom.
