I am the only one able to start sessions on my Zoom Pro account.  And I would like to temporarly transfer this responsibility to another people of my organization ?  Nothing is done today for that (no e-mail déclared in Zoom paramters).  What I have to do ?  Thanks a lot !

A lot depends on how your accounts are set up.

 

If you have a Pro account owned by your company, and your designated person also has a Pro account owned by your company, you can either:

  • Add them as an Alt Host to the Meeting. This is most appropriate when you only need them to Host one meeting. 
  • Set up Scheduling Privileges. This is great if you have someone that will regularly stand in for you as host of your meetings.

To set up Scheduling Privileges:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Under the Meeting tab, scroll down to the Scheduling Privilege section.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the email address of the user you want to assign scheduling privilege to, then click Assign.

The user you assign will receive an email notification and will be able to schedule meetings for you from their own Zoom account.
