Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bug, but wondering if there is a workaround as it causes some issues with end users in my company being unsure of if they actually sent the invitation. Issue detailed below ('I' means anyone in the company).
When I send an invitation to a meeting I am hosting through Outlook, the invitation gets sent to me, but immediately is put into the deleted folders. The other recipients receive the invite no problem, but since I'm the host (and I believe it auto-accepts the invite) it goes directly into the deleted folder instead of my inbox. Unchecked the option in Outlook that will send accepted invitations to Deleted, but no change. This occurs whether the invite is sent from the Zoom app or directly from Outlook. Also tested with multiple accounts. We don't use Gmail or another mail service, so using anything other than Outlook isn't an option.
Thanks!

Sound this invitation is not sent through zoom scheduler, is it?

No, this is through the Zoom Workplace 'Create Event' option, or the Outlook 'Schedule a Meeting' option with the Zoom plugin.

No, this is sent through the Zoom Workplace 'Create Event' function and/or the Outlook Zoom Plugin

We experience then same issue recently, emails sent to outlook are automatically moved to the spam/deleted folder. I think it's outlook's behavior.

Even email from outlook to outlook will be automatically deleted, maybe outlook is detecting the email content, and regarding it as a fishing email or has some bugs using AI.
