Can't add attendees to Zoom Scheduler Time Slot

Hi - I've created several Zoom Scheduler time slots for multiple attendees but my users are unable to add additional attendees.  The help article says to use a comma, spaces, or hit enter between emails but this does not work.  I've tested this and I also cannot get it to work.  Can you help, please?  Thank you.

Yes, I had to delete my Scheduler meetings and recreate them for a single participant. Oddly, by doing so the option for the person signing up to add additional attendees actually shows up. If you choose to set up the meeting type for multiple attendees this option disappears. Counterintuitive.

I'm having the same issue. I see when I'm setting up my various schedule options that the "add attendees" icon and words are in the formatted area, but after saving the schedule and when anyone navigates to this link the scheduler only allows one email address to be added. Seems like a serious glitch. I have 8 different schedule options created and everyone is having this issue.

Thanks for telling me Aaron. I'm going to see about opening a ticket now that I know this isn't just me!  I'll update here.

Hi Aaron - any luck on your end? I'm on day ten of the open ticket with no resolution.  I've confirmed my settings are exactly as those presented in the emails I'm receiving from support.  I've asked to have the ticket escalated in hopes of getting some one-to-one support on this.

Thank you, Aaron!  I did exactly what you described and it worked.  How frustrating!  Zoom still has my ticket open and is working on it.  Since the multiple attendees function is not truly working, I'm going to leave the ticket open in hopes that they will actually fix the problem (or at least the counterintuitive nature of their UI.)
