zoom metting with 400 participant - with zoom room

I need to host zoom metting next week with 400 participant. 

I have zoom room license. 

do I need buy something more?

In the admin center, in User Management -> users  and choose the user with the "zoom room" license, its show me this: 

this write me only 100 participants in meeting.

Hi @110222887 here are the prerequisites for setting up Zoom Rooms

• Zoom Rooms license
• Role with access to Zoom Rooms on the web portal

To deploy a full Zoom Room, your account must include Zoom Room licenses or a free 30-day trial of Zoom Rooms, as you stated you already assigned the license. Are you not able to access Room Managment within the web portal --> https://zoom.us/location ?
