hotedsk can not using qr code to check in

i can successful to make a reservation for hotdesk, and i can setup the hotdesk on workspace and show reserved,
but i want to use QR code to check in and get error message " Workspace reservation item is unavailable, please make a new reservation."

i have missing some information.
We are test hotdesk reservation, use can successful reservation hotdesk from google calendar but we wan to scan print out QR code to check in and get back error message form zoom app
