Last night I switched my wife's laptop/2nd monitor system to extended desktop so both are different. Previously they had both showed the same thing and zoom worked fine with the camera on the external monitor selected. Now, despite selecting the zoom camera selector on the external monitor, the video image turns off and on (mostly off), and has lines across it when on. The camera on indicator light turns off and on too. Anyone have this problem too and solved it?

Hello!
I'm sorry this is giving you issues. As I'm thinking about this issue, the only thing I can think of would be the resolution of the second monitor in mirror vs extend mode. If the extend mode has a higher resolution, that may push a cabling situation from acceptable to marginal and cause issues as the monitor uses more bandwidth with the higher resolution.
Does the problem persist if you lower the resolution of the second monitor?
Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
Thanks! Rick
