Having an issue where using Teams on the zoom rooms disconnects while trying to join meetings. This does not happen to everyone. When my manager creates a team meeting or i do, we can connect to Teams in the zoom room. However when others create a meeting and try to have the Zoom Room join via teams it starts to join then disconnects immediately.
We have several zoom rooms running different products. I have tried this in several of our rooms. Our devices are all up to date.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble starting your Teams meetings in Zoom Rooms.
Please get in touch with our Support Team so they can look into the matter. Provide as many details as possible (meeting ID, date, etc.) in the ticket as you can.
