On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom and Teams on Polycom Group 500

I am trying to get Teams and Zoom to both work on a RealPresence Group 500. I can set up Teams and Teams works fine without any issues.

I set up Zoom and Zoom seems to take over the Polycom. Zoom then works but Microsoft Teams does not.

Here is our settings when Teams is set up and working but the second that I enable the room in Zoom, it removes these settings and uses the Provision server instead.

We use the API connector with our 3 rooms and calendar integration.

Any thoughts?

The Poly Group series can either be registered to Zoom (managed as a Zoom device with FW  6.1.7.2 or later) or registered to Microsoft Teams - not both at the same time.
