ZOOM ROOM Account seetings lock

Dear all

I'm account owner and installed 2 zoom room device and I can see it on the system.

However I can't change almost all the settings of these zoom room options.

When I go to the zoom room account seetting, it doesn't allow me to change most of options.

How I can fix this issue?

Hello Joonhee Kim,

If you are the owner, it appears that there are no restrictions on any configurations in your account. However, it's possible that you may have disabled some features in the account settings. If you are still experiencing issues, please share some screenshots with me for further clarification.

I don't have a permission to upload image.

However when I go to zoom room managment - account settings - the most of options are disabled to change.

From account setting to the Whiteboard setting and every single options in the submenus.
