ZDM Enrollment Issue Error 5002

We are trying to enroll our Windows Zoom Workspace clients to ZDM using enrollment tokens. After adding the enrollment token by following the Zoom instructions the client is not added to ZDM. When inspecting the log I see an error ZDMServiceMgr error code 5002 as well as an attempt to reach htts://cn01zdm.zoom.com.cn.

I'm located in the US but it appears to try to connect to a zdm enrollement server in China.

 

Anyone get this working and know how a successfull enrollment looks in the log? What enrollment server did you connect to? 

Or has anyone also had issues enrolling and come across this error?

I have never seen this behavior in a Zoom Room, but I believe you are talking about the desktop client. This sounds like a bug and I would recommend downloading the latest desktop client and retesting it. I believe 6.1.5 or higher should help here.

Correct. It's on a Windows Client. Turns out it was a bug in 6.1.1. I upgraded to 6.1.10 and the client was able to register to ZDM. Thank you.
