We have recently ended our paid licensing for Zoom Rooms. However, the Zoom Room devices (DTEN ON 55) still show Digital Signage content we previously used, and the portal won't allow us to turn it off, edit it, or delete the content. And since we're not a paid account anymore, we are having a hard time contacting support. Is there someone at Zoom listening that can help us?
