Schedule your Digital Signage content by day

Hi,

Is there an easier way to schedule digital content by day if I need to alternate it by week for a long period of time?

For example, my company deploys e-signage on our TVs and we have bi-weekly reminders to submit timecards for employees/managers.

Right now I only see a way to add content list from one start date to another, but not the ability to schedule only specific dates. Would I just have to keep adding content list for every other week?

This is not currently possible - Zoom's digital signage capabilities are extremely basic and don't provide the robust control that a designated digital signage product/platform would.

Please be sure to submit a formal feature request to Zoom Support to potentially get this on their development team's roadmap.

I have two Playlists defined, A and B.

I create a Content List A and Content List B, with respective playlists in each.

I schedule one Content List to start Monday x - Sunday Y, All Day.

During the week that one is running, I update the items in the other Playlist, and schedule it's parent Content List to start/stop the next week. Then flip, flop them, reusing them.

For you, you'd probably have the timecard reminder in one or the other, A or B.
