Poly TC8 says "Zoom Rooms must be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance"

I've uploaded a picture to help, but I'm currently getting the error message "Zoom Rooms must be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance."

I am upgrading the other appliance, the Poly x30, but it's the Poly TC8 says my "Zoom Room" is up to date. Do I need to upgrade the OS to get the Zoom Room to upgrade?

What version of Poly Software is running on the unit? (The X30) and what version of Zoom app is it using? 

Current software for the X30 should be

3.12.0_01-366028
