Poly T8 - Meet Now list

Hi,
We have several Zoom Rooms using Poly T8 controllers. All is well except that the controller's "Meet Now" list includes every account in the organization. How do I manage that list? Is it possible to hide certain users from it?

You can turn off the address book list in zoomrooms settings.

Hi @dmurphy accounts that are in restricted IM groups should also not be shown in this listing.   On the opposite side, you can also disable rooms from showing in this list by enabling 'hide in contact list' in the Zoom Rooms settings.
