Poly Group 500 Calendar registration failed via Zoom API connector

Poly Group 500 Calendar registration failed via Zoom API connector. 

I tried deleting the profile and restarted but calendar also can't register.

 

Zoom API connector 5.8

Poly Group firmware 6.2.2.2

 

Anyone also experience this issue?  Thanks.

Does the service account you are using in the calendar integration area have appropriate permissions to the account associated with the Group 500?
