Is there a way that I can place my participant's window at the top of the screen instead of side-to-side or at the bottom? Most people's video cams are located at the top of their monitor. By placing my customer's window at the top of the screen near the video cam, eye-to-eye contact is maintained and appears more realistic. Nothing worse than a salesperson not looking you in the eye when talking to you. If I am looking at them at the bottom of the screen while talking to them, it appears as though I'm not looking at them at all.
Any thoughts???

I prefer to use a middle-screen webcam like thecentercam.com - it's very adaptable, and I place it right between the eyes of the person I'm talking to. It's small enough that I often forget it's still there after the video call!
