Hi everyone
I integrate Crestron Flex systems with Zoom Rooms on a daily basis.
The image file which Crestron provides to install Zoom Rooms on the Flex system is 32-bit. According to Zoom Device Management, updates to 64-bit will soon no longer be supported. I have provided an image as an attachment to clarify the issue.
Does anyone have any information regarding this? Is Zoom indeed going to stop support for updates to the 64-bit version of Zoom Rooms? When will this support stop? Is there anything we can do to update the version without Crestron having to provide an image file with 64-bit Zoom Rooms version (this can be done but is not an optimal solution as we have many customers with a lot of Flex systems running 32-bit Zoom Rooms version. We will then have to re-image a ton of systems.).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Best regards

Hi, Simen.
That is correct and you still have until March 2024, AFAIK. Also, the last 32bit version will work until February 2025. Also, there will be options to do the migration to 64 bits.
