Can't assisgn Location within Zoom Room

When I try to select Washington DC I get a red block icon. I can't make the change. I have Admin level on console. ANy ideas?

So then I think your Washington DC location also needs the Building, Rooms hierarchy within it also.  ...I think.

I see no expand arrow in your screenshot, so it looks like an empty container.
