Hi, Community.
I want to make it impossible to access through the mobile app.
Can I set it up so that only PC can access?

Hi @itn
Do you mean impossible for anyone (from anywhere) to join your meetings from the mobile app, or impossible for your own users (inside your organization) to login to their accounts from the mobile app?
I'm not sure of a way to do this within Zoom itself, but I imagine you could achieve the latter by using an external SSO provider who can filter by device type.
If you wanted, then, to restrict your meetings by device, you could require authentication for your meetings, set only one allowed domain (assuming you have one - which you would need for SSO) and then rely on your SSO policies as above.
Maybe someone else with have another answer or suggestion.
