Both iPad Scheduler and Controller Name is changing

We have begun updating our Zoom Rooms to the latest Zoom Room App... version 5.13.6.

On updating the iPads and Launching the Zoom Room App, both the Scheduler as well as the Controller iPad Names are changing in our Zoom Room Device Management Page

This has not happened before at least on my watch.

 

I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this?   Is there something I can do to fix from my seat, or is this need fixing from support?

Further info:    I discovered that at install and subsequent launch, the Zoom Room App 5.13.6 shows Device Name as simply iPad even though in iPad Settings > General > Name the desired name is there:  In our case sct-conf-239-controls.  Then when you refresh the page at https://mycompany.zoom.us/ the name iPad has overwritten the previous name.

 

We need a fix for this please!
