how to get the corporate directory to display on VVX311 poly phones

I have installed a Zoom phone system and the corporate directory is not displaying on the VVX311 poly phones.  What am i missing?

Hello Pavek,

I am not sure about the Poly VVXxxx phones, but I would imagine that the Company Directory feature works as it does on the various models of Yealink phones that we have. The Company Directory does not just display a list as one would expect, you must start a search by typing a letter or number to display the Users and External Contacts in your Zoom Phone System filtered by what you have typed.
