hear outgoing call recordings. When I try to reveiew the recording it says I don't have permission

I get a message "You need permission to access call recordings. Please contact your Admin to request access"  I can't find where to go to get this access and to make it confusing I am the owner of the account and the sole user so I must be the admin.  All I want to do is hear the recording of an outgoing call. Thanks for the help

In your Zoom phone users policy settings. Be sure the proper permissions are enabled. See below.

It sounds like there may be a permission or access issue. Make sure you have the correct admin rights to access call recordings. Also, double-check the retention settings and ensure the recordings haven’t expired or been archived. If everything looks fine and the issue persists, contacting Zoom Support would be the best next step.
