Zoom phone session

My client was on her phone on Zoom platform.  I scheduled a session on my Zoom account on the lap top. I could not see her on my lap top.   I had to go on my phone to see her and i was not able to connect with the video she could hear me but could not see me.

Hello @KB6 

 

For meetings, if your client wants to be seen on video, They will need to be on Zoom Phone Appliance device or a Zoom room.  Otherwise if they are on desktop Zoom App, you both will be able to see and hear each other.
