Zoom phone plan automatically cancelled and refunded without any prior initimation

I purchased 5 zoom phone numbers on dec 29th and 3 days back I got a refund mail. I would like to know why my subscription was auto cancelled by zoom !

I am unable to make new payments and get new zoom phone numbers as well. Totally blocked and my business is down.
