Zoom Phoneで自身のスマホアプリやPCアプリで通話録音内容を確認したいのですが、設定は間違っていなさそうで、8月以降自分の録音がダウンロードできず、ここが間違っていそうというのはわかりますでしょうか?管理者画面の[電話システム管理]-[ログ]のほうからは通話履歴と録音は確認できるのですが、スマホとPCのZoomアプリから確認できない状況です。ユーザーアカウントでは自動レコーディングオンとアクセスメンバーに自身を設定しており、別なアカウントではスマホアプリで録音データが正しく再生できる人もいます。

I apologize for my reply in English.
I can play Zoom Phone call recordings on my Zoom iPhone app and my Zoom Windows client. I am using iPhone app 6.6.7 (29432) and Windows client 6.6.10 (22255).
By default, automatic recordings for phone users are only accessible by admins.
Admins can give user access to their automatically recorded calls.

I am the owner and administrator of the system, and have assigned the system to users who have access to the recordings, but I am unable to listen to the recordings. By the way, I can listen to recordings of ad-hoc calls between internal calls, but I cannot listen to recordings of external calls in the call queue.

Please try Admin>Phone System Management>Logs
This call came into my Sales call queue and was answered by user Desk 2
Click Call Path and click Auto Call Recording >Play

I know that I can check the recordings from the call logs on the admin screen, but I would like to be able to check them from my smartphone or PC app. Is this possible? As I am the administrator, I can view the logs, but when accounts are distributed to general users, I would like to be able to check the contents of call recordings from the smartphone app rather than the admin screen.
