Hi everyone,
I would appreciate your input on this issue.
We use Yealink T58W phones; these phones are constantly rebooting for firmware updates.
When the firmware reaches 40% the phone reboots and does the same thing again & again, not stopping.
Reached both yealink and zoom.
They are not able to find the resolution yet.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
Also, on the Yealink phone, the admin/admin credentials aren't working for me.
Did a factory reset as well.
Best Regards,
Manoj

hi @Manoj21
According to Zoom Phone Release Notes of 8/17/2025, Yealink T58W had a new firmware update to firmware version 150.86.3.11.

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062333
According to Yealink, the current firmware is 150.87.0.15, but this might not be compatible with Zoom Phone . The size of the file is about 700 mb. the release notes - bug fixes note “Fixed the issue of the phone dropping the network with EEE (Energy Efficient Ethernet).” Maybe what is happening is EEE is dropping the network after a defined period of time. You might try temporarily turning off EEE while you upload the Zoom firmware version or ask Zoom to send you the latest Zoom firmware version and manually update the firmware via t58w web interface.
Maybe your network has rules limiting the size of files that can be downloaded?
You could set a firmware version to be the existing firmware version. The t58w would not try to download a newer version.
Setting up firmware update rules
Admin credentials are probably set on your Zoom account level but could be set on the device level.
