Hello,

We are getting setup with Zoom Phone and we have a few Yealink desk phones. Does anyone know how to add contacts from within our organization who use Zoom, so I can have them on my phone with their Zoom presence?

Thanks

hi @tmbpoole

You can set up busy lamp fields (BLF) on your supported Yealink desk phones to monitor other Zoom Phone users as to whether these users are on their Zoom phone.  Please check to see what your Yealink desk phone models support.  Setting up BLF is easy.  Please see Zoom support articles below.

The Quick Start Guide may be useful to users and admin.

Zoom Workplace desktop and mobile apps will show Zoom presence complete status, i.e. in meeting, on call, etc.

Setting up speed dial and busy lamp field (BLF)
