Hi all,
As the subject says, I am trying to understand what actually means this information in the
Analytics & Reports / User Performance Reports.
Unique Inbound" & "Unique Outbound"
Thanks
Alex

I haven't seen any documentation on this, but I assume this is essentially taking the list of inbound numbers and counting how many unique numbers, i.e. if a 2 numbers call the call queue but 1 of them calls 100 times, the unique inbound would be 2, but the inbound column would show 101.

Thank you very much. It is a good explanation that is not mentioned in the documentation.
