What does mean "Unique Inbound" & "Unique Outbound"

Hi all,

As the subject says, I am trying to understand what actually means this information in the 

Analytics & Reports / User Performance Reports.

 

Unique Inbound" & "Unique Outbound"

I haven't seen any documentation on this, but I assume this is essentially taking the list of inbound numbers and counting how many unique numbers, i.e. if a 2 numbers call the call queue but 1 of them calls 100 times, the unique inbound would be 2, but the inbound column would show 101.
