I tried a Valcom VIP-801 IP paging adapter which is not certified nor listed as a interop device. I know that's not a Viking Paging Adapter, but the requirements are no different. I couldn't get the Valcom unit working as a generic SIP device with Zoom because the device didn't have TLS settings nor did it have a certificate store to upload the Zoom certs.

How do you setup a generic SIP device in Zoom? I can't find that option. When I try to add a device it gives me only a select few brands to choose from. No 'generic' option. I must be missing something here...

If you don't see other (generic sip) in device type, you'll need to contact Zoom support to enable it.
