Unable to view call logs

Unable to view the call logs for my Team of 10. Under the phone management system, there is call tab which I can click but when click on that its shows no data.

hi sd5,

 

try selecting inbound direction and outbound direction, then just direction.  magically, all my calls appeared.

Thanks Eliot but tried that but still shows no data, it only shows at recordings

which i unable to extract data.
