Unable to receive SMS including verification codes

We have a Zoom basic plan with pay as you go option selected.

We have done the setup including the 10DLC for SMS

The incoming calls can be viewed in the "Phone" tab of the log and are directed to the auto receptionist.

We are unable to see any incoming text messages in the "SMS" tab of the log.

 

Theres one direct company number with an extension. We havent setup any other users as we do not require any for our current operation.

 

Dont know what is the missing step in the setup.

If the number is a AR or a Call Queue you may need a Zoom phone power pack license for each member that is apart of that AR or Call Queue.  We needed that for a couple of our Call Queues.
